Description

As part of the switch to distributing ROMS exclusively on GitHub, we are deleting some directories to avoid confusion. Below is table that shows where the code for the removed directories is now distributed: 

branches => N/A (This was always empty)
libs     => https://github.com/myroms/roms_libs
matlab   => https://github.com/myroms/roms_matlab
test     => https://github.com/myroms/roms_test
