There is a problem when creating multiple history, average, and diagnostics files. The HISname, AVGname, DIAname values need to be known by all parallel nodes in the group to avoid the HDF5 library to hanp-up due to different buffer size. This is the same problem that I have before with Coptions.
Eventually, we will find all these little problems as we continue testing the parallel I/O.
