Description
I'm not understanding how the passive tracers get their boundary conditions. There's a clever way for them to be initialized differently from the active tracers with ANA_PASSIVE. There's a clever dye_ entry in varinfo.dat, but what about dye_west_ and friends? What about analytic passive boundary conditions? I'm guessing there's something missing here.
