We are advertising for a Postdoctoral Research Scholar in Oceanography & Ocean Modeling in the Department of Marine, Earth, and Atmospheric Sciences [https://meas.sciences.ncsu.edu/] at North Carolina State University [https://www.ncsu.edu/].
The primary purpose of this position is to develop ocean modeling tools and analysis to study coastal circulation dynamics, biophysical interactions, and air-sea interactions.
The Postdoctoral Research Scholar will work with Dr. Ruoying He [https://meas.sciences.ncsu.edu/people/rhe/] and his research collaborators, contributing to several recently awarded projects in the field of coastal ocean observations and prediction, and marine ecosystem variability. We are especially interested in candidates with prior experience with ROMS.
The position is full-time with benefits and available for one year, with the possibility of renewal based on performance.
