The time-averaged file is not supposed to have the same variables as the history file. A selected set of variable are only included. The reason for this is that we need to allocate additional variables to save the running average field. We trying to limit memory demands. I added bottom stress values the averages files. However, we need to activate AVERAGES_FLUXES to save this variable.
