Yes. I also corrected a small typo in radiation_stress.F with the wrong intent for Hz, z_r, and z_w when the option ASSUMED_SHAPE is activated. Many thanks to Mark Hadfield for reporting this problem.

    1 I suggest 3 updates to the estaury test so that it is more consistent with the Oc Modeling 2005 paper.
    2 1) ROMS/External/ocean_estuary_test.in
    3 Change Lm from 50 to 200, and N from 10 to 20.
    4 2) ROMS/External/sediment_estuary_test.in
    5 Change the erosion rate from 1e-5 to 1e-4.
    6 3) ROMS/Functionals/ana_sediment.h
    7 Create it's own settings and change init bed thickness to 1 mm.
