Description
The SP4DVAR algorithm is now working for sequential, disjointed, and concurrent options. The algorithm was cleaned and several small bugs were corrected, which does not affect the solution.
Many thanks to Andy Moore for all his help developing and testing this 4D-Var algorithm.
