I've been looking to run a ROMS simulation, but I am struggling to get my inital conditions file ready for a run. Mostly I am just unsure what fields I need defined. I'm only looking to simulate ocean currents, so right now I've got the initial u, v, and zeta at each rho point across all s-coords.
I know I need the ubar and vbar defined, but given ROMS calculates it while running, it seems silly to have to calculate it myself only for the initial conditions. Is there any configuration to have ROMS fill that in itself?
Additionally, what other fields am I missing?
