Paul Budgell's ice model is in my development branch of ROMS. You will have to ask Dave Robertson for access to that branch to get it (and all my other cruft). Note that it's not as full-featured an ice model as CICE. What are you planning to use it for?

Hi, Kate! Thank you for your reply. I am trying to set up a regional ice-ocean coupled model based on ROMS.

Kate, I'm going to apply ROMS to ice moddelling, but I need some details about how does the ocean ice + plataform work, can you tell us something about it? 8)

Paul has a description here: http://marine.rutgers.edu/po/Papers/Budgell_od.pdf

I'm also going to describe it for the wiki, but it's not all there yet.
