I wanted to run ROMS application (BENCHMAR Case) using two different compilers such as GCC and any other compiler using the same system configuration, MPI ranks etc and compare the output. So
1. Does the application has any output validation script/ binary to verify the results?
2. Which GCC compiler version and optimization level is suggested to use to get the baseline output?
3. Instead of comparing entire output file, what output variables should be look at and up to what precision output should match between two runs?
