Converting Delft 3D grid to ROMS grid

Hello friends~~ I'm new ROMS user
I have Delft3D model inputs, so I wanna convert them to be able to use in ROMS.
I'm dealing with grid, and I changed Delft3D grid into NetCDF file by using Delft3d-QUICKIN GUI.
BUT I have several prombles....

1. My Delft3D grid is cuvilinear. But my NetCDF file which was converted by GUI has zero values in dmde, dndx,
angle,though they exists. I think It should not be zero value.

2. Mask_rho Data in NetCDF file shows 0 value in boundary although they are located in water.

I really need your help....

This is when I advise people to pick a scripting language and start to learn it. There are examples for computing dmde/dndx/angle in both Matlab and Python.

There are also mask editing tools in both Matlab and Python.

I'm trying to calculate dndx/dmde and angle by using matlab~~
but In case of mask, where can I find mask edit tools using matlab???
