There is a continuation symbol missing in the latest release of ROMS (the trunk version) in

Nonlinear/rhs3d.F in line 1153

Yes. I missed that one. Notice that the ROMS repository is been updated continously as new typos and bugs are discovered.

Also notice that the best way to report bugs is via ROMS trac website:

https://www.myroms.org/projects/src
