running error

when I are running ROMS,I run into a problem.follows:

I think my error is Cu and Cw is NaN,and I find some max to be NaN in my scs_bry.nc,is it making a error?
My borders are all open borders,and I always can't run next step.

I use agrifroms to make Climate-state data files.I choose coads05 to make forcing filed,then choose woa2009 to make initial field and boundary field.what's more ,my area is 103°E-126°E,3°N-27°N,so I choose four directions to be open border.Then it create the NaNs.I think I can choose the way of interpolation to solve the problem,do you think ok? Can you tell me some other ways?

For my newest domain, I used python scripts (which call scrip) to get initial and boundary conditions from a global HYCOM simulation. I think the model prefers boundary conditions from another model compared to something like a Levitus field.
