ROMS compilation

Dear all
I am new one with ROMS model, I am trying to compile ROMS , but I have gotten a problem
that is
mod_netcdf.f90:19.10:

USE netcdf
1
Fatal Error: Wrong module version '10' (expected '9') for file 'netcdf.mod' opened at (1)
make: *** [/home/nwp/Projects/upwelling/Build/mod_netcdf.o] Error 1

for more imformation
I compiled netcdf (netcdf-4.3.3.1) C release
whith gcc(gcc (GCC) 4.7.2 20121015 (Red Hat 4.7.2-5))
also, netcdf(netcdf-fortran-4.4.2) fortran release
whith gfortran (GNU Fortran (GCC) 4.7.2 20121015 (Red Hat 4.7.2-5))
and all of them were built succesfully.
so, any one can help me,Please??

It says netcdf-fortran was compiled with a newer version of gfortran than you are currently using. Do you know how that can be? You claim to have compiled it yourself?

thank you, I have gone over what I did.

Here, the "-L/opt/cray/netcdf/4.3.2/PGI/141/lib" tells it where to look for netcdf libraries, "-L/opt/cray/hdf5/1.8.13/PGI/141/lib" tells it where to find the HDF5 library and "-lnetcdff -lnetcdf" is asking it to link to the Fortran and C netcdf libraries.

I was going to show you what this looks like on my Linux laptop, but the auto-updater was through and now I need to recompile netcdf:
