can I run ROMS in a Mac OS X 10.4.11?

In three lines can anyone give the first step to be able to run ROMS in a Mac OS X 10.4.11 .

It's like any other unix system. You need a fortran compiler, Perl, gmake, netcdf. Check the wiki.

I just tried http://www.ocean.washington.edu/ and it failed so clearly the entire server is down. Wait a while and try again tomorrow (after tech support return to work on Monday Pacific time).
