i have seen one post of you that you was running online nesting and trying to change masking of some near coast's cells just in refined grid (not parent). You said that with this change your model faced with blowe up. I have this problem too. Can you solve your problem?If yes, how.
Is it possible to change masking of nearshore cells just in child grid not in coarse?
