I have a problem in visualizing the long simulation outputs...
I have used the Diagnostic_tools
roms_diags and plot_diags are working
but get_Mmean is not working
when I run get_Mmean in Matlab the following errors are coming
ROMS monthly mean file
ncgen: tmp2.cdl line 121: syntax error
NetCDF file not opened: /home/Roms_tools/Run/SCRATCH/roms_Mmean.nc
In get_Mmean at 147
