big barotropic Courant Number

1.00000000E+20 - there is abnormally large number

output data of temperature, salinity and u,v-components are 1e+37

what is the reason?

Is this for the initial conditions? There's something wrong and you will have to investigate it further. Where do the initial conditions come from? File or ana? If a file, have you looked at it with ncview? Are the fields in bounds there?

no problem with initial and boundary conditions - all ini and bound data take from netcdf files
