Grid is not recognized by ROMS

Hi :)

I have a problem with my grid file. In mu output file I see that model doesn't recognized grid file. My input grid looks like this:

Unfortunately in my output file I see something like this:

I've tried to use this assumption:

I used ncks function:
ncks -v h,lon_rho,lat_rho norfjords_160m_grid.nc norfjords_160m_grid6.nc

And my result was smaller grid file:

Nevertheless, model still can not see the grid.
Did anybody have this problem?

I can't see what the error is from ROMS. What does it say?

When you say ROMS does not recognize the grid, do you mean it did not read it at all or that it gave an error. If it did not even read perhaps you have #define ANA_GRID by mistake.
