Abnormal values of salinity Diagnostics Variables

#1 Post by yadusharma » Sun Jan 07, 2018 6:27 am

Hi All,

I want to calculate the salinity budget in my domain. I activated the DIAGNOSTICS_TS, but the values of salt_hadv and salt_vadv terms look very high :shock: compared to the other terms. What could be the possible reasons for this? :roll: Any suggestions would be of great help.
Here I am attaching the figures and also the model header file options.
# define CURVGRID
# define MASKING
# define UV_COR
# define SOLVE3D
# define UV_ADV

# define UV_VIS2
