NetCDF Forcing files.

Hello,

I'm having a difficulty running ROMS on a cluster (compiled using pgi). I created a set of idealized NetCDF forcing files which are all one dimensional time series. When I run ROMS I get to the first time step and it seems to hang.

I get nothing after this. Interestingly, If I change the U-wind (yes, I meant U-wind) file to a 2-dimensional file, it runs through just fine. Also, I ran this same configuration serially on windows using cygwin with no problems.

It seems as though I have a netcdf file difficulty. Although I'm not sure why it would run on cygwin but not a cluster.
