Now, I want to do nesting with ROMS (not offline nesting), so I don't know if there is any limitation on the child grid. Should the boundary of child grid be exactly on the grid of parent grid? Or only need the domain of the child grid in the domain of parent grid?
And is there any matlab tools available to do the nesting (not offline nesting)?
