First, I try to do the test upwelling case without MPI, the model runs well.
When I try to use MPI for the test upwelling case, in the ocean_upw.in file , I only changed the NtileI and NtileJ, the model just can run 80 time steps and then blows up.
Anyone know the reason of this problem ? Thanks!
