unable to open existing NetCDF file problem

Hello,

I updated to the last version (563) but now ROMS gives me the following very "helpful" error message:

I haven't changed the input files with which the previous version of ROMS (from May 2, 2011) was running. The log file is attached. Has anybody encountered similar problem?
