If you want to use "Rutger's ROMS", why not referring to
https://www.myroms.org/wiki/index.php/Tutorials ? Or if you want to
use "Penven's ROMSTOOLS (ROMS_AGRIF)", why not referring to
http://roms.mpl.ird.fr/ ?
