Problem while running with forcing file

Hi
Now,i'm trying to run ROM with forcing function wind from ECMWF products.
And I'm getting this error: (some part)

This is a ROMS clock question. There have been recent discussions about this which could be copied to the FAQ. Anyway, pick a time origin, set your TIME_REF and DSTART accordingly, be consistent. If you want more specific help, tell us your values for all of this plus the time part of an ncdump of the forcing files.
