Hello!
I am beginner in adjoint analysis. What is the best basic book for adjoint analysis and sensibility analysis?

Thank you very much

"Best" is quite subjective.
I think that this depends on your background and what you consider basic, as well as whether you're looking for at text on application vs. mathematical framework.

A reasonable place to start is Wunsch's text "The Ocean Circulation Inverse Problem"
