SPONGE layer

Hi all,

I remember that I could adjust sponge layer in ROMS 2.2 in /Utility/horz_mix.F

But I cannot find this file in ROMS 3.0.
Then how can I adjust sponge layer??

look for ana_hmixcoef.h
We moved all the user stuff out of the kernel.
