Model Initial condition files

Dear ROMS Users/Developers,
When I was trying to use the matlab preprocessing script to create initial condition files from an ocean analysis data sets, After the interpolation, abnormal values of temperature and salinity are getting. The results after running the d_initial.m file is as follows.
Wrote temp into record: 0001, Min=-1.24523e+07 Max= 2.96473e+07
Wrote salt into record: 0001, Min=-8.33225e+06 Max= 1.09733e+07
Because of which, the model blows up in the first time step with the temperature and salinity values as follows.

- potential temperature
(Min = -1.24522589E+07 Max = 2.96473053E+07)
- salinity
(Min = -8.33224880E+06 Max = 1.09732777E+07)

Any suggestions will be helpful to sort out this problem.
