I try to run with the option T_PASSIVE, but get the error message:
ERROR: Abnormal termination: NetCDF INPUT.
REASON: No error
INQUIRE - unable to find requested variable: dye_01_sflux
in files:
subarctic-20km_AN_2007_unlim.nc
subarctic-20km_FC_2007_unlim.nc
tide.nc
subarctic-20km_rivers_dye.nc
How can I make sure that the code looks for passive dye surface flux?

You can provide analytic surface boundary conditions for the dyes with ANA_SPFLUX. If you want non-zero fluxes, be sure to provide them in ana_stflux.h.
