ROMS bathymetry file creating

Hi everyone,
I am trying to create a idea channel bathymetry file for ROMS. I saw there is a mat2roms_mw.m file in the directory of /Tools/mfiles/mtools/. I am wondering is there any matlab code to create a *.mat first, and we could use this mat2roms_mw.m to convert it to netCDF file for ROMS running?
