How to add radiation stress in ROMS

I want to add radiation stress(calculated by swan ) in ROMS. I know roms can couple with swan ,but I fail to make it on period boundary. So i want to calculate radiation stress by swan ,and add it in ROMS,
Could someone tell me how to make it ? I need some detail. Thank you !

well, you are going to have to run swan, save the data as *.mat or *.dat files, and then use that data to create a roms netcdf forcing file. How do you create roms netcdf forcing files? do you use matlab, one of the most recent versions that has its own netcdf? We are / have converting all our routines to use native matlab netcdf.
