I'd like to make people aware of a post we have available within the National Centre for Ocean Forecasting for a modeller with ecosystem experience.
The purpose of the job is the development of coupled hydrodynamic-ecosystem models of coastal seas, primarily of the NW European continental shelf. This post will be instrumental in the scientific development and assessment of coupled hydrodynamic-ecosystem models and will be active in pulling through scientific advances in ecosystem modelling in particular, and modelling in general, to the Ocean Forecasting R&D suite of models. They will also be expected to contribute to the technical infrastructure of the team.
