Roles and Responsibilities
• Conducting metocean consultancy studies to support Industry requirements.
• Processing and analyzing a variety of data from measurements and numerical model hindcasts.
• Undertaking detailed statistical analyses of datasets.
• Deriving metocean criteria.
• Report preparation and writing.
• Project management.
• Client liaison.
• Helping to develop new markets for our services.

Requirements
• A degree in oceanography (major in ocean physics), meteorology or ocean engineering is essential.
• A MSc or PhD title is desirable.

Experience/Knowledge
• Knowledge of oceanic and atmospheric physics.
• Knowledge of statistical analyses of metocean parameters.
• Experience to use and write programing scripts in Matlab and Python. Being familiar with Linux is a plus.
• Experience in numerical modeling for hindcast and forecast applications, including data assimilation, is desirable.
