The Center for Coastal Margin Observation & Prediction (CMOP), a multi-institutional NSF Science and Technology Center hosted at Oregon Health & Science University, seeks a fulltime Post-Doctoral Researcher to join the center’s modeling team.

The primary duties are to conduct integrative numerical modeling and data analysis in support of CMOP’s cross-disciplinary research, education and outreach. Modeling scope extends primarily to circulation and secondarily to ecological simulations, most typically using unstructured grid codes and associated pre- and post-processing tools.

Qualifications include a Ph.D. in a related field, such as physical oceanography, and prior experience developing and analyzing circulation models and simulations.

For more information about the center and this job opportunity, visit http://www.stccmop.org.

To Apply: Please send cover letter and curriculum vitae to Professor Antonio Baptista, c/o johnsamy@ohsu.edu.
