How to make grid?

Hi all!
I just began to learn ROMS but I can't find a manual. Is there a manual? Actually, I can run example cases included in the model. But I have a problem to make my own grid and run. How to make it? Where can I find some information?

there is a lot of information provided on the ROMS Wiki, available from the roms homepage. The direct link is:

There was not much info under the grid page, and i added some basic information. This needs to be updated more ...
