Hi Cheryl- Yes, I had to make a few variable-name changes in "hydrodynamic_module.f90" like the ones you mentioned: renaming s_w and s_rho to sc_w and sc_r. Elizabeth-

The trial-and-error solution was simple. When I listed "libnetcdf.a" on the ifort compile statement WITHOUT the -L or -l prefix, it compiled!!!

I'm not sure if this is the correct place to post comments on LTRANS. I understand a separate discussion board might be formed eventually.
