visc values

Hello,

I wonder why in the Benchmarks examples, the value of VISC2 is 5000, and in the rest of the test cases this value use to be 5.0 reaching a maximum of 100.0 in the Channel test. Why is so high?
Thanks

Problem with LBC at simple analytical case

Hi everyone! I'm trying to make a simple analytical test with the last ROMS version. I want to reproduce a chanel with Clamped conditions at East and West sides, in particular for the u velocity. This is my configuration for ana_m3obc.h ueast(j,k) = uwest(j,k) = 0.1 m/s ana_m2obc=ana_fsobc = 0 Trace...

Analytical test LBC(isFsur)==Cla ask for *.nc file

Hi I'm new in ROMS and I'm trying to set-up an analytical case. I wish to simulate a gravity current falling down a slope, that is orientated East (shallow) to West(deep), and I want to Clamp all my LBC on the east side. So my LBC are: I want to run it without any tidal force and I defined in the ca...
