NORWECOM in ROMS

The NORWegian ECOlogical Model system (NORWECOM) has been used for a wide range of applications, mainly in the North Sea, for the last 10 years. Within the model, a biochemical module have been coupled to a physical one. The physical module has for most applications been the Princeton Ocean Model. A new implementation where POM has been substituted by ROMS will be presented. In this implementation the biology is running both online and offline. Results from simulations with the two different physical models will be shown.
