2014 ROMS/TOMS Users Workshop
Rovinj, Old Town, and Island of St. Andrews
We are inviting you to participate at the 2014 ROMS/TOMS User Workshop to be held on the Island of St. Andrew's, in Rovinj, Croatia at the Island Hotel Istra, May 26-29, 2014.

ROMS has thousands of users worldwide. Unfortunately, we do not have the resources to pay travel expenses for select students to attend the workshop. We try to hold the ROMS workshops throughout the world to make it easier for users with limited funds to attend.
The Island Hotel Istra is a resort hotel situated on the Island of St. Andrew's (also known as Red Island) in the archipelago of the town of Rovinj. Rovinj is a beautiful old town on the eastern coast of the Adriatic, close to Trieste and Venice. Rovinj's Old Town is closed to vehicular traffic.
The hotel is a 10-minute boat ride from Rovinj harbor, adjacent to the Old Town. The boat ride is free for all guests and runs every hour from 5:30am to 12:30am. This Adriatic resort is famous for hosting workshops and is reasonably priced during the off-season.
The workshop will be 4 days; the first 3 days will consist of posters, presentations and lectures with a special session on the 4th day.
Since we are holding the workshop at a hotel conference center, we need to know how many people are attending well in advance. Please register as soon as possible. The registration deadline is Friday, March 7, 2014. Abstracts for presentations and posters are due by Friday, April 4, 2014.
